October 18, 2017, F3 delegation from Institute of Japanese Intellectual Property Association visited Unitalen. Unitalen Director Mr. Bradley Yu together with related partners attended the meeting and held a thorough discussion on related IP issues. Unitalen partners gave a comprehensive exposition in response to the questions raised by the Japanese delegation on patent examination in China, the impact of the revisions of Patent Examination Guidelines, as well as issues associated with enforcement including administrative enforcement, expert opinion, evidence collection, Cease & Desist letters, etc. The discussion was closed by exchange of ideas on the latest policies and regulations in China and Japan IP fields.
