Unitalen Patent Agent Violet Wang Organizes IPR Training
The 4th International Seminar on the Technical Innovation of SciTech SMEs started on September 6 in Beijing. Invited by the organizer, Unitalen Attorneys at Law patent agent Violet Wang delivered a lecture on the Problems of IPR protection.

Starting in 2001, the International Seminar is now held yearly in Beijing. It is organized and sponsored by the Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology (MST) International Cooperation Department, together with the MST Torch Program Center, the MST International Science and Technology Cooperation Association, and Beijing International Enterprise Incubator. There will be 20 participants from 11 countries (incl Romania, Turkey, Egypt, Mongolia, and India) at the Seminar.

The Seminar aims at strengthening relationship with developing countries in respect of science and technology exchange; and sharing experience in promoting Chinese SMEs’ scientific and technological development.

SMEs are currently facing many IPR-related problems in the process of technological innovation. With respect to this, China’s leading and internationally operating professional IPR agent Unitalen has taken up the obligation to help developing countries strengthen their IPR protection awareness.
