Unitalen Won Trademark Infringement Litigation on behalf of Shijiazhuang Mengjie Industrial Co., Ltd.
August 31, 2006Recently, Shijiazhuang Intermediate Court issued the Verdict of first instance on the case wherein Hunan Mengjie Jiafang Co., Ltd. sued Shijiazhuang Mengjie Industry Co., Ltd. for trademark infringement, overruling the claims of the plaintiff. Zhang Yazhou, the attorney from Unitalen representing Shijiazhuang Mengjie Industry Co., Ltd., defended actively and achieved the final success in this case.
